Guided tour of the Secret garden

These are the 11 courses that are currently waiting for you in the Secret Garden!



1. Reconnect WITH YOURSELF

This course is for all women who want to know and understand themselves better and learn to be closer to themselves. Women who want to take the search for their life mission to heart because they - like me - yearn for more depth and fulfillment in their lives. We also learn to stand in our feminine power, and above all: in the right soft but powerful feminine way.


2. MOON TIMES

As women, we are often alienated from our link with the moon. But what a wonderful feeling to reconnect with it and feel connected to the bigger picture. The 'Moon Times' course gives you practical tools to get back to living in the rhythm of the moon. I teach you how to regain balance, about the difference between the red cycle and the white, about PMS, about how all kinds of cycles fit together and about all kinds of important things that bring women back into their natural cycle. This course is for the BASIS of how I want to live, which is why I also create all new courses based on the rhythm of the moon, so that as women we can really integrate that natural rhythm into our lives again.


3. Running to stand still

It is truly wonderful to set yourself in motion and the flow of inspiration that comes from it is amazing. Unstoppable! This course gives you inspiration, ideas and tips to get yourself moving and learn to deal with the things you encounter along the way. There are now 21 lessons in this course, but more will be added regularly. It continues to bubble... Suitable for anyone who would like to exercise more in their life, but who has an aversion to performance-oriented sports. In this course we move away from that achievement, in search of inspiration.


4. The 12 Holy Nights

Re-SOURCE and create SILENCE to connect with yourself in the period between Christmas and New Year's. The course is a wonderful way to round off the past year and put the new one to good use. It is a reflection on what was and also a preparation for what is to come in our lives. It means taking some time for yourself (in these often busy days) and turning inward to feel what you feel. This is a 12-day inner journey around a theme of your choosing.

This course is the only one that is tied to a specific time. We start this every year in mid-December. I sincerely hope that you will give these 12 Holy Nights as a gift to yourself.


5. Life in abundance

The goal is to make a mind shift within yourself. I often catch myself thinking in terms of scarcity. It is deeply ingrained in my normal actions and thoughts. This is probably also the case with you in certain areas of your life. We are going to shift that and learn to think from abundance. Because it is simply much nicer and more pleasant to live from that feeling. For me, abundance is the feeling that there is enough. So it is not about excesses, but about being able to relax and be satisfied that there is enough.

These first 9 lessons are a first immersion in the great realm of abundance, with 9 playful experiments (based on the book E Squared by Pam Grout). This theme will certainly be explored further later because it is the basis of a happy life for me. By living more and more in and from abundance, I feel happier in my skin and in my life! In this course we start with 9 experiments that caused a mind shift in me!


6. Lucky me!

A course about happiness, being happy, being successful or simply 'being'... Like most courses in the Secret Garden, this course also runs to the rhythm of the moon. We start on the new moon and every week we focus on a specific part of being happy: focus on gratitude, on abundance, on peace and on just 'being'. And all this to the natural feminine rhythm of the moon and yourself.


7. Win your Life

This course lasts one month(d) and focuses on SELF CARE . Focus for a month on taking good care of yourself. This course also runs completely on your rhythm of the moon. We always start on the new moon. The first week we focus on exercise and being outside. The second week on nutrition for your body and soul. The third week is about the search for your deepest desire. The last week of this course is about seeking and... finding peace.


8. Start your (s)Hero's Journey

This (s)Hero's Journey is for all women who are ready to take the first step towards a new and different life. A place where you get up after setbacks and no longer let the limitations of your body or the situation you find yourself in hold you back. Where you meet other women who, even after a long time, really want to stand up for who they are and who are ready to make their own sHero's Journey! Because it's time for you to take life into your own hands and fill your heart with joy and courage! This course also follows the cycle of the moon and you can start on a new moon. You can repeat this hero's journey endlessly until you live the life of your dreams!



9. Mind your soul

In this course we will learn how we can create our reality with our thoughts. How to heal your body by having healthy healing thoughts. And how powerful those thoughts can be. This will be a clear monthly course that can give your life a strongly positive turn. I base this on a book by Joe Dispenza. I give this mini course a value of €50 (but you might feel like you won the lotto afterwards!).



10. Soul work

The power of thoughts is great. I know that, but I want to practice it more, during normal everyday life.

I want to tame my monkey mind that sometimes seems to go in all directions and train myself to think more positively, because I KNOW that will make me happier. Practice makes perfect.


11. Less is luxury

Decluttering or decluttering is what this course is about.

At the end of winter, before spring starts, I often have the itch to clean up, make room for something new, in my house and mind.

I think it's a nice annual ritual and for me it doesn't have to be tackled too drastically, but just declutter corner by corner step-by-step.

And how I love rituals and those beautiful habits that return: the circle of life!




The three pillars

Based on my own desire, I distill 3 pillars of the Secret Garden:

1. TOGETHER is much more fun and you can connect with each other (completely without obligation) by sharing your own experiences during each lesson.

2. Bundling the content briefly and powerfully so that it is manageable in our busy lives!

3. Formulate active action points for you in each lesson so that a real movement is created within yourself and in the Secret Garden. So that you feel that you are ALIVE. That you are moving.
